Ordering:
After several years of not taking orders due to a large backlog of work, orders for custom instruments are being accepted once again. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your next Wiens mandolin or guitar and we’ll try to make it happen. A phone consultation prior to ordering is ideal as I like to get to know who I’m building for.
Payment Schedule:
For new builds, a deposit of 25% is preferred, followed by progress payments as the instrument comes along. This is the route most of my musician clients prefer and one that works for me, with full payment prior to delivery of course.
Delivery
Delivery time frame as of March 2021 is 1-2 years. I will try to make the wait as short as possible, but be warned that I am not the fastest builder in the world.
Shipping method and costs are the responsibility of the customer. However I will do my best to ensure it’s packed well and arrives intact.
